Steve Siqi Han

Mr. Han conducts legal research, drafts legal memoranda, and prepares demand letters and affidavits, legal correspondence, subpoenas, discovery documents, and other litigation documents. He also assists attorneys in preparing, drafting, editing, and filing documents with government agencies. In addition, Mr. Han handles the intake of clients, responds to clients’ inquiries, and coordinates client communications in all practice areas, including company formation, general corporate law, stock and asset purchase, investment transactions, and employment.

Experience
Mr. Han has accumulated unmatchable internship experience while in law schools. He interned at the legal department of United Rentals, attending mediation sessions, observing depositions, and analyzing commercial contracts. Mr. Han did a stint at the legal department of Planet Fitness, where he assisted attorneys in performing legal research and drafted contracts primarily in the field of consumer law. After completing his L.L.M. program at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he interned for the Honorable Judge Collier-Williams at the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, in Ohio.
Before pursuing legal studies in the U.S., he served as a Judicial Clerk at Judge Huang’s and Judge Min’s Chambers in the YueXiu District Court, Guangdong Province. Earlier in his career, Mr. Han was an assistant to a law firm partner in China. He provided assistance to the partner’s practice of law and participated in business negotiations.
